Refund policy

Every pair is authenticated in hand and listed as a single size. You have 48 hours after delivery to inspect it.

If the pair is not what we listed, contact us through the store. We take it back and refund you. If you simply changed your mind on a pair that matches the listing, we do not refund it.

Floor Pass can be cancelled any month. Unused days are not refunded.
